Ryan: "i can sell u the tickets. but it'd be better if u go home and get ur IC b4 entering. It'd be very incovenient if the usher point is to refer u back to the counter for refund or change or movies"

So.. they got the tickets.
at 12.50am.. our JIALING (: came over to Ryan's counter.
JiaLing: Hey Ryan.. do u remember selling tickets to one blue & pink dress gal?
Ryan: Yes.. why?~!
JiaLing: Did you check their ICs before allowing them to buy the tickets?
Ryan: No. because they did not bring and said tat they will go home and take their ICs for entering. I already told them it'd be 'somehow embarrassing' if u refer them back. WHY?!
JiaLing: OHHHH. DEY SAY U'VE ALREADY CHECKED THEIR ICs!!!!
Ryan: NO WAY! u can ask them to come here and talk!

Me: EH RYAN. NVM. i can go home abit later. already close counter liao. u FASTER go to usher point and see wat dey can say infront of YOU. HURRY GO. i help u take care -HEHEHEHE-
Ryan was about to walk out and JiaLing bring the 2 gals to BOX OFFICE :D

they are SUPER embarrassed. cos its already midnite and there're no customers at CandyBar.
so the Candy Bar staffs also stood around to watch the whole thing.
HELLO! we have the rights not to refund u de lor.
because u CHOOSE TO buy the tickets and choose NOT TO bring along ur ICs DESPITE our advices given to you.

when jurong point is like soooo deserted and super no ppl.. u talk abit loud also very clear..
i said something ABIT LOUDLY: "never bring IC then dun come and watch movie la"

because dey cannot get their way thru.

if they want us to respect them as a Customer/Patron...
they should respect us as a HUMAN BEING too!
is this soo difficult?
but anyway.. i always put on smiles when i serve customers.
cos i believe if we provide gd services, smile BIGBIG to them... they'll be thankful too.
hmmm.. but 1 out of 20 ppl.. wun even say thanks -.-
and ur smile must be SUPER SUPER BIG one.
or else they machiam cannot see anyting.
HAHA.
i still love working in customer service line (:
cos i get feedbacks like "u've provided a very gd service", "very nice of you",
"you're always so smiley"... blah blah blah.
SOMETIMES..
even SOME customers who are from china also have more 礼貌 than singaporeans.
